Christine has an extensive background in the local real estate world closing thousands of transactions as an escrow officer and manager for First American Title Company in Carmel. She specialized in high-end transactions and completed the most complex and intricate multi­faceted closings for over two decades before becoming a REALTOR® with Carmel Realty Company. Long-standing relationships and well-earned respect from neighbors, business owners, attorneys, developers, lenders and other REALTORS® throughout the community has served her well in representing her sellers and buyers. She has a current ranking of being a Top 25 highest performing individual agent on the Monterey Peninsula by sales volume according to RealTrends and as featured in the Wall Street Journal.

She listens to client's needs, studies active market inventory and trends, is conscious of the value of time and is extremely effective in finding the right property for the buyer and getting the most money for her sellers. Christine is a strong negotiator, detail oriented, is a good communicator and is known by all her clients for her tenacity and follow-through even after the closing.

Christine is also deeply rooted in the community and believes in giving back. In the nearly 40 years of living on the Monterey Peninsula, she has supported numerous non-profits. She subscribes in the philosophy that people who care about their community are people who care about their clients. A wife and mother of grown children, she enjoys looking after her two dogs, travel, and her attempts at watercolor. She currently serves on the Board of the SPCA Monterey County.
